Sunday afternoon we left about 2:30 p.m. to pick my friend Esther up to go with us to Enid for the Sunday night service. We got to Enid about 4:35 p.m.. The church service started aat 6p.m.. My dad, Amber, and I sang a special(More about Jesus) and then Amber sang a solo(Day By Day). The Herrell family sang, too. And then Kyle preached out of the book of Numbers about Baalam and how He did not listen to God and how God used a donkey to speak to Baalam. It was a very good message. (Thanks Kyle for letting God use you for His service.) (Kyle is engaged to my friend Bekkah. He is a student at Heartland Baptist Bible College and so is Bekkah and Nancy's brother Kris.) Bradley sat with Hannah during the church service. He drew a little bit and sat on Hannah's lap. I was proud of him, because he was really good and quiet. And after the service we had a fellowship dinner. Which was great. We all had a great time. I met a new person that I didn't know before. It's not all the time that people I don't know that actually talk to me or my friends. Bro. Swope's son Thomas sat at the same table my friends and I sat at. What was so in teresting is that he plays the violin and he LIKES bluegrass. Another bluegrass person. I like to hear people say they like (gospel)bluegrass. That was very exciting. I didn't think he talked at all, until he started talking us.~ Bradley and Justus were so cute. Justus gave Bradley a kiss. Bradley said he didn't wipe the kiss off b/c he wanted to save it.~ We certainly enjoy the Walker family(Nancy's family). Their granny was a blessing to my dad. And, Bro. Garland invited my dad to preach sometime. I like their church.4-30-06
